We offer free consultations to potential clients where one of our professionals visits you on location to answer any questions that you might have and to get a better feel for what your needs and expectations are.

Seller Preparedness Checklist

So that we can better assist you we have compiled a seller’s checklist. Please review it and once you have checked off all items you can proceed to booking a consult.

-Have you and your extended family removed all items that will “not be for sale”? If these items have not been removed, individuals should mark them “not for sale” prior to consultation.

-Will at least 75% of household contents be for sale? In order to qualify for an estate sale, the house needs to be well furnished. Please consider this percentage and let us know ahead of the consultation if there is a low volume of merchandise in the household. If your not sure, its ok, we might be able to accommodate you.

-How accessible is parking around the property? If you feel like this will potentially cause a problem please let us know so that we can plan accordingly.

-Will anyone be living in the house during the sale? If so, we should plan on making special preparations.

-What do you want to do with the items that are leftover after the sale? Most clients opt to have a “clean-out” service preformed. We are happy to provide you with contact information for some local “buy out” businesses. If you prefer to donate the remaining items we will gladly take and drop them off at the nearest thrift store or one of your choosing. House will be broom swept clean before our final exit.
